Standard Return Policy
We do our best to design and manufacture products to meet your needs, so we are confident that you love products purchased from IMASK Mall. However, we also understand that sometimes you may have different expectations for the product. Although the probability of this happening is very small, if you have such a thought, please be aware of the following terms related to product returns.
Manufacturer guarantee
IMASK assures you: for products within the warranty period and within the scope of warranty service, IMASK will repair, replace or return the goods in accordance with this service policy, and restore the normal function of the product for you for free within a reasonable time; And products beyond the scope of warranty service will provide paid repair services in accordance with this service policy. This service policy provides paid repair services.
warranty period
The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product (hereinafter referred to as "receipt") (the time will not be recalculated due to resale), and the product will provide warranty services according to the following different warranty periods:
1. The warranty period of the product is 12 months from the date of receipt;
2. The warranty period for accessories is 12 months from the date of receipt;
3. The warranty period of the adapter is 12 months from the date of receipt;
Three Guarantees Service
In order to protect your rights of "repair, replacement, and return" (referred to as "three guarantees"), please keep the three guarantee certificates and valid purchase invoices properly after purchasing the product.
"Three Guarantees" Rights
IMASK after-sales service commitment: strictly implement the after-sales three-guarantee service in strict accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China. The service contents are as follows:
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the product is intact after testing by the after-sales service center or authorized service center and there is no damage to product performance or appearance due to human reasons (including but not limited to: damage caused by extrusion or falling For the damage caused by the immersion liquid and chemical corrosion, the batch number of the attachment has been removed, altered or difficult to identify), you can return the goods, please keep the outer packaging, accessories, invoices, manuals, warranty card without missing;
2. Within 15 days from the date of receipt, the product has quality problems. After testing and confirmation by the after-sales service center or authorized service center, you can choose to repair or replace products of the same model and specifications;
3. Within 1 year from the date of receipt of the product, there is a product quality problem, which will be provided to you for free repair service after testing and confirmation by the after-sales service center;
4. During the warranty period, if there is a product quality problem that cannot be used normally after two repairs, after the service center confirms, you can choose to continue the repair or replace it with the effective repair record provided by the repairer in the three guarantees certificate. Products of the same model and specification;
5. During the warranty period, if there is a product quality problem in the accessory, after the service center confirms it, you can replace the accessory of the same model and specification for free for you. If you still cannot use it normally after two replacements, you can choose to return the accessory or continue Replace accessories of the same model and specification.
How to get warranty service
If you wish to make a warranty request according to this service policy, please mail the products or accessories that require warranty to the after-sales service center to enjoy the warranty service. Warranty service commitment
If your product (random purchase or separate purchase) meets the warranty conditions, please send the original or copy of the purchase invoice, the product or accessory that requires warranty to the after-sales service center to enjoy the warranty service. If you cannot provide valid evidence such as the original or copy of the invoice of the product or accessory, your product or accessory will be warranted according to the query results of the company's warranty database.
Warranty, replacement restrictions (the following conditions do not apply to warranty and replacement terms)
1. The product is worn normally;
2. Damage caused by human factors (including but not limited to: damage caused by falling, squeezing, collision, damage caused by liquid splashing, chemical corrosion, and foreign matter entering the product);
3. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, and maintenance (including but not limited to: for abnormal use, damage caused by incorrect connection and testing);
4. It has been dismantled or repaired by any individual or enterprise other than the after-sales service center or authorized service center, or the batch number of accessories has been removed, the tamper-evident sticker is damaged or difficult to identify;
5. The product is beyond the warranty period;
6. Damage caused by force majeure.
Toll repair service commitment
If after testing and appraisal by the after-sales service center or authorized service center, your product or accessories exceed the warranty service scope stipulated by the "Three Guarantees" rights and interests, the appropriate maintenance costs will be calculated according to the parts and labor costs, and a repair quotation will be submitted to you. After obtaining your consent and paying the fee, we will provide repair services for your products.
Repair Service Quality Commitment
For the products within the warranty period, the after-sales service center will use the original parts to replace the faulty parts for you or replace a complete machine of the same model and specification for you according to the fault and detection situation; The new 12-month warranty will be provided at the same time as the 12-month warranty period; replacement parts will enjoy the remaining 12-month warranty period or 90-day warranty period, whichever is longer.
For the accessories within the warranty period, the after-sales service center will replace an accessory of the same model and specification for you according to the fault detection situation. The replaced accessory will enjoy the recalculated warranty period.
For product damage beyond the warranty period and warranty service scope, the after-sales service center will provide paid repair services in a professional manner, using original parts for repair, and the parts warranty period is 90 days.
After-sales service response time commitment
If the product fails during the warranty period, the after-sales service center will complete the detection, repair or replacement within 24 hours after receiving the defective product or accessory (the delay in repair and return due to communication with the user due to abnormal problems is not within this limit. It will depend on the actual situation), and the repaired products or accessories will be sent out.
If the product is beyond the warranty period or the product failure is outside the scope of the warranty service, the after-sales service center will complete the test and submit a repair quotation to you within 24 hours after receiving the defective product or accessory. Complete the repair work within 24 hours after payment, and send the repaired product or accessories.
Responsibilities and obligations
This after-sales service policy is the only basis for us to provide you with repair services for the products you have purchased, and all the responsibilities we will assume to you will not exceed the scope of this after-sales service policy.
The product is a precision electronic device. We strongly recommend that you carefully read the user instructions and use the product in accordance with the instructions.
Other statement
1. The products, accessories or parts replaced after the repair are owned by our company;
2. This service policy is applicable to the laws of Mainland China (but its conflicting clauses are not applicable);
