Q: Is the product free shipping?

Answer: Free shipping is available for purchases over 199 yuan on IMASK's official website, and 20 yuan for each order for purchases under 199 yuan.



Q: Will the invoice be delivered with the product?

A: The invoice will be issued after you confirm the receipt, and the order will be issued for you after the order is completed; the VAT invoice (paper) will be received after you confirm the receipt, and will be delivered about two weeks after the order is completed.



Q: What if the item is lost or damaged during delivery?

A: If there is a problem with the product during transportation, we will directly contact the carrier to solve the problem as soon as possible, and minimize the inconvenience caused to you. We will replace the product when it is needed.
